22 years after its foundation, Innovateam Engineering GmbH is passing on to the next generation.

Roy Frieden, the son of the company's founder Peter Frieden, will take over the majority of the company's shares on 1.4.2022 and thus also the position of managing director.

Peter Frieden will remain with the company with a minority share and will in future take care of special projects and provide advice and support as a consultant.

For you, dear customers and business partners, nothing will change. You can continue to rely on our services and solutions in the future.

I am proud to announce that I have been able to place the fate of Innovateam Engineering GmbH in the hands of my son Roy as of the beginning of this year. As of 1.4.2022, he will take over the position of managing director and thus also the majority shareholding.

After more than 20 intensive Innovateam years, I am slowly stepping back. New and fresh forces paired with the experience of the "old ones" will thus ensure that Innovateam will continue to meet the high expectations in the future.

I am not saying goodbye completely and will continue to be available with my technical know-how and experience as founder, managing director and former owner.

I would like to thank you very much for the trust you have placed in me and in Innovateam Engineering, as well as for the many years of good cooperation.

I am convinced and can say with a clear conscience that the quality and pleasure of engineering will continue to be guaranteed.

Since 1 January, I have been allowed to lead the solid Innovateam Engineering GmbH into the future with the drive and determination of my father.

I was able to gain a lot of experience as a polymechanic and then as a mechanical engineer in other companies, which now serves as a basis for me to apply in my company.

What distinguishes Innovateam from other engineering companies is the fact that we not only offer engineering, but can basically serve as a solution supplier. For example, during my previous activities at Innovateam as a project manager, I was able to co-develop and assemble special grinding machines and finally program them and successfully put them into operation.

I am very much looking forward to the upcoming tasks and the cooperation with our staff. The fact that I can continue to count on my father's know-how is a benefit for me and the company.
