CAD-software
The customer decides which CAD software is used in the project. As a standard, Innovateam uses the following three CAD softwares:
Solid Works
Solid Edge
Inventor
Calculation and simulation software
Innovateam uses ANSYS Structural Mechanics for more complex FEM simulations, such as the simulation of nonlinear material behavior. For design-accompanying simulation, we use the integrated simulation tools of the CAD systems.
For general calculations and sizing, for example of motors or the service life of guideways, Innovateam uses Mathcad or Microsoft Excel.

Programming systems
Innovateam realizes customized projects with individual control solutions. If you do not have your own control programming, we can help you. Depending on your needs, we carry out the programming internally or in cooperation with our partners. Our experienced engineers are at your side from planning to commissioning and ensure that your project is a complete success. Physical models
Physical models are used in engineering to be able to test the partial function at an early stage and with little effort. In the case of elastic materials or objects such as seals or pipes, this simplifies solution finding and function testing. The following three examples show what such a model typically consists of:
