Innovation Process

Our innovation processes consist of 7 modules that can be individually adapted to your needs. The 7 modules cover all phases of product development and operation of an industrial solution.

Interdisciplinary development

Due to our many years of experience in project management, interdisciplinary cooperation is one of our strengths. Through close and uncomplicated cooperation in our network, we can efficiently realize complex projects.

Mechanical development

Mechanical development is our core discipline. The collaborative and – prospective nature of our mechanical development enables us to realize the best possible- overall solutions from all disciplines.

Development of control software

We realize the development of control software (e.g.: PLC ) either in-house or by means of our network partners. Applications with Fanuc controls or LabView are always realized in-house. If other control suppliers are required, we work together with a network partner.

Application software

We realize specific application software (e.g.: CadCam) with our network partner.

Software solutions for data acquisition, data evaluation and management we offer based on our LabView solution

Electrical design and installation

Due to our long experience in automation technology, we have all the skills to develop optimal solutions for our customers. For the realization of the electrical construction and installation we can count on our network.

Manufacturing

Adaptations to components can be made in our factory. For the production of prototypes or special solutions we can count on our large network of manufacturers.
